Who we are
Dr Umed Cosmetics is a doctor-led clinic on the Gold Coast providing skin cancer checks, skin cancer care, and non-surgical aesthetic and skin treatments. The clinic is led by Dr Umed Shekhawat, a Specialist General Practitioner with more than 20 years in medical practice, and treatments are delivered by registered medical practitioners, registered nurses and dermal therapists.
Every treatment begins with a consultation and clinical assessment. Suitability is assessed individually, and not everyone who enquires will be suitable for the treatment they had in mind.
The clinic also provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments and a range of skin treatments including energy-based and device-based skin rejuvenation, professional skin peels and skin therapy programmes.
Australian advertising law restricts what a clinic may publish about certain treatments, particularly those involving prescription medicines. For that reason, some treatment options can only be discussed with you during a consultation. This is a legal requirement, not a marketing choice.
